GirlsUP Girls gave back to their community by volunteering at The SHARE Food Network in Hyattsville, Maryland on Saturday, December 8. The girls were up early and full of enthusiasm as they helped prepare food packages for local, low-income families. These packages will be part of the 10,000-plus food packages that SHARE will be distributing this month.  The girls had a lot of fun and put into action one of the core concepts of our program: self-giving.  Many thanks to our Teen Board for organizing this great event!
